Shipping, Delivery and Returns

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DOES BREAKFREE PROVIDE?

Our standard ship method for LBN orders is from 1-3 working days. Customers will be notified when the order gets dispatched immediately.

WHERE DOES BREAKFREE SHIP TO?

Currently we ship only in Lebanon. We are working on expanding to the GCC region, sign up and be the first to know when we reach there!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday working on the fastest fulfillment possible. Typically, orders leave our warehouse in 1-2 days, but during big sales or promotions, dispatch times might extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to get your order on its way!

HOW CAN MY ORDER QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders must total $35+ after all discounts have been applied to qualify.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER ITS BEEN PLACED?

We recommend that you always double check all the information before placing your order. Once an order is placed, that information is immediately sent to our Fulfillment Team and the shipping process is initiated. If you have made an error entering your shipping address, need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@thebreakfreeskincare.com

While we cannot guarantee we will be able to update the information or cancel the order before it ships, we will make every effort to do so.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you are not totally satisfied with your breakfree product, please send an email to help@thebreakfreeskincare.com within 30 days and let us know the reason why you'd like to return the product. If approved, we'll send out our carrier to pick up. Simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping fees.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES?

Yes. You are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning for a refund. A refund will be processed once we receive the product back.

IS BREAKFREE ECO-FRIENDLY?

Yes! Our product boxes are 100% recyclable and FSC Mix certified.

IS BREAKFREE SKINCARE PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES?

They are! Breakfree Product is suitable for all skin types, but we suggest conducting a sensitivity test for new users. Apply the patch to an affected area and if no discomfort occurs, follow the directions on the box.

HOW IS BREAKFREE DIFFERENT?

CAN I RE-USE THE SAME PATCH/DOT/PRODUCT TWICE?

No, our innovative patches have dissolving microneedles that cannot be used more than once.

WHEN SHOULD I USE BREAKFREE PATCH PRODUCTS IN MY SKINCARE ROUTINE?

You should use breakfree first spot acne patch on freshly cleansed, dry skin to assure correct adherence. Any products beneath the hydrocolloid bandage can cause it to slip, therefore not delivering intended results.

CAN YOU PUT MAKEUP (FOUNDATION OR CONCEALER) ON TOP OF FIRST SPOT ACNE PATCH?

Yes, you can put product on top of an Acne patch. In fact, our Acne patch are designed for it!

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO A PRODUCT?

Discontinue use of the product immediately.
