SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

At Breakfree Skincare, we are committed to delivering your order with speed and precision. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with a seamless shopping experience from browsing to unboxing.

Lebanon: Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.
United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA): shipping will be available soon. Please stay tuned for updates.‍


We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Lebanon. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery: Available for orders within Lebanon.
Card Payments: We will soon have the option to accept payments by major credit and debit cards.

RETURNS
If you are not totally satisfied with your breakfree product, please send an email to help@thebreakfreeskincare.com within 7 days and let us know the reason why you'd like to return the product. If approved, we'll send out our carrier to pick up. Simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping fees.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.


Please Note: Only items purchased on www.thebreakfreeskincare.com will be accepted for return. If you purchased your breakfree product at one of our authorized retailers, it will not be eligible for return. 

MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES 
If your package was damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately at help@thebreakfreeskincare.com  with photos of the packaging, the LOT # from the bottom of the box, and a description of the damage. Breakfree will review your email and replace all reasonable claims.

If your package is missing, please contact us at help@thebreakfreeskincare.com  for instructions on how to file a claim.

 

REFUNDS 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@thebreakfreeskincare.com
