How do I sign up for the rewards program? Does it cost anything?

Signing up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Simply create an account by clicking here and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. You will also be automatically enrolled if you make an online purchase from our website, www.thebreakfreeskincare.com, and opt in to the program when you create a program account to access your rewards.

Where can I find all of my rewards account info?

Simply log into your account and click on the Rewards section! From there, you can view your rewards balance, points activity, ways to earn, and available rewards.

How do I earn points?

There are a few ways you can earn points as a member. You can earn points by making purchases on our website or engaging in Program activities, like leaving product reviews and following us on social media.

You will earn points for every $1.00 you spend on our website. Members of the Skin Starter will earn 10 points for every $1.00 spent and members who have advanced to The Glow Pro will earn 15 points for every $1.00 spent. Points earned for dollars spent do not include taxes, shipping and handling charges and any other fees associated with your purchase.

Do my points expire?

No, program points do not expire.

How is my membership tier determined?

Your membership tier is determined by the amount you spend. Once you are in the Glow Pro tier, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned the tier.

To reach the Glow Pro, you must earn 500 points or more in a rolling year (i.e., a 12 consecutive month period). Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rolling year from the date you earned the tier.

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest or use an email address that is not associated with your account. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points or, if you do check out as a guest, to earn points you must check out using the email address associated with your account. If you checked out as a guest or used a different email address in error, contact us via DM on instagram to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.
